Graduate Support Advisor

Loyola Academy of St. Louis, a Catholic, Jesuit, upper-elementary and middle school for boys, is seeking a dedicated Graduate Support Advisor for the 2025-2026 school year. Loyola Academy provides a holistic program through rigorous academics, enrichment opportunities, and a focus on character and spiritual growth. Our unique 13+ year model provides support from upper-elementary through middle school, high school, and postsecondary success. The Graduate Support Team—which includes the Director of Graduate Support, Graduate Support Advisor, and Manager of College/Career Readiness and Attainment—partners with families to provide consistent guidance and seamless transitions throughout every phase of a student’s academic and personal development.

The Graduate Support Advisor will visit alumni at their high schools and/or meet with alumni virtually dependent on need to provide counseling, academic interventions, basic needs support, resource referrals, and other recommendations for their academic and social-emotional development. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative spirit to the role. A bachelor’s degree in social work, business administration, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, candidates with three to five years of experience working in educational settings—particularly in student support, counseling, or community engagement—will be highly considered. Experience working with middle school or high school students, families, and community partners is a plus.
